Registration

We offer three different options for those who want to attend to our conference. The full registration grants you access to both the keynotes and the tutorials. If you are not interested in one of the format or are under a time constraint, you can register for only the tutorials or get a day ticket. Take a look at the registration form for further details.

Metromeet offers three possibilities* of registration:

  • Only Tutorials: 350€
  • Day Ticket : 500€
  • Tutorials and Conferences: 800€

*These tariffs do not include the 18% VAT.

Like in previous years, we have a special discount for those who make an early decision. Register before the 31st of December and you will get a 20% discount

If you belong to any of the groups listed below, you are entitled to a special discount which is valid up until the event day.

These discounts are not accumulative. If you apply more than one discount, only the biggest one will be taken into account.

Please register by Fax, Mail or Internet . After receipt of your registration, we will send you a confirmation.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received by mail or fax; and are subject to a 20% fee before the 25th of February 2012. No refunds will be made after 1st of March 2012 .
