Metromeet first track will take place on Wednesday 24th February, at 16.00. It will be focused on industrial metrology solutions.

The first speaker Luigi Semeraro, metrology team group leader at Fusion for Energy, will describe the back office function in the reverse engineering process. His presentation will be focused in the ITER project which is aimed to build the largest thermonuclear fusion reactor ever built. Claudio Turrin, senior engineer at Whirpool, will describe the manufacturing integrated approach for end to end quality control chain.

The end of this track will be hold by Danny Shacham, founder and president of Nextec Technologies in Israel, who will explain how the mechanical touch probed on coordinate measuring machines is most common system used for automotive parts inspection.
