Metromeet, the leading annual conference in the industrial dimensional metrology sector, will celebrate its 20th edition on 16 and 17 October in Bilbao. Over its previous editions, the event has brought together a total of around 300 speakers and 1,000 attendees. Its mission is to present the latest technological developments and advances in the field, while providing a forum for discussion on dimensional metrology in a rapidly evolving industry.
Organised by Innovalia Association and sponsored by Innovalia Metrology, Metromeet will once again bring together leading executives from some of the most internationally recognised companies in industrial dimensional metrology in the city of Bilbao. The event will also offer an opportunity to discover the latest industry developments, explore business opportunities and take part in interactive sessions and networking activities designed to encourage collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
As a key meeting point for the industry, the conference will address a wide range of topics, including quality control; metrology solutions for industries such as automotive, aerospace and plastics; the latest developments in non-contact optical measurement and 3D digitisation systems; calibration; advances in nanometrology; additive manufacturing; measurement challenges involving large-scale components and potential solutions; and quality control in microfabrication and micromachining, among others.
